Common Name – Chasteberry

Botanical Name – Vitex agnus-castus

Parts used – Fruit

Active Constituents -Iridoid glycosides (aucbin and agnoside) and flavonoids (casticin, isovitexin and orientin).

So what is Vitex good for?
